Dining Al-fresco, Hong Kong style!!!!

每逢入夜，荃灣，元朗，Jordan, 深水埔都會見到街邊突然多佐好多 “露天餐廳”。。  hehe, 其實好有風味ga, 約埋三五知己，食宵夜，超正 （希望座隔離唔係煙民）！

除以上地方，唔知還有沒有別的“露天餐廳”呢？

“Awfully chocolate” 只限takeaway, 無位座？

原來香港就係，係新加坡佢已經有幾間好靚的餐廳！

好，介紹下甜品先！

這是一個好簡單的 cupcake!  不過係咪已經流曬口水呢？Chocolate 味好濃好濃ga, 喜歡dark chocolate 的朋友肯定愛上！

以下這個呢，就係chocolate cake…  睇落係咪好moist呢。。  食落仲正！

As for this, it’s a chocolate custard tart…  晤會太甜，佢chocolate 真係好rich, 好rich 啊！食來當lunch 都飽曬！加埋，靚靚靚靚靚靚靚靚靚! 

And finally…  這個的名好華麗ga…  “Mocha au fait”…  其實，我覺得比較似 “Hazelnut cake”!  hehe, 不過又唔使講喇，睇落都知好味呢。。。

哎，你快D係香港開返間喇！！！

天氣凍喇！保暖之外，最好，緊係打邊爐喇！約埋3-5知己，通吃一塊，多愉快！

講起打邊爐，個人認爲，無野比D醬料重要！而現時提供最多醬給選擇呢，似乎無間比得上“稻香”!

麻醬，花生粒，蔥，辣椒，沙茶醬，齊曬！

我的個人”秘方”! 沙茶+花生+少量生抽+勁多麻醬!

就來“做冬”喇，快D約下親戚朋友食飯喇！除“稻香”，如有另些推介，不防大家share 下!!!

美味的飛機餐 – Part 2!

好耐無寫blog 喇，所以趁去旅行前，寫埋個飛機餐篇！今次輪到晚餐篇喇，以下讓我介紹下Qatar Airlines 所提供的美食！

這是黑椒牛柳炒麵。賣相唔錯呢！事實上，食落都真係幾好！D 麵唔怕黏埋一起ga!  Good!!!

這個魚柳呢。。 就痲痲喇！唔講都可能唔知係魚柳添，gum 多汁！hehe, 所以拿兩個包！

不過最好個餐，肯定係這個鋦魚柳！係35，000米高空，可以有baked fish wor!  So good!  再加mashed potatoes, 絕配！haha, 還有Lindt chocolate…  有business class standard!

Oh, 順帶一提。。  有留意Qatar airways 的餐紙嗎？So many airlines, 可能只佢一間提供。浪費就浪費點，不過感覺好高級！

haha, this should come as no surprise to those of you who see my love for planes and going on trips.  But really, I do think there’s something magical about sitting on a plane 35,000 feet above the ground, and having a nice little platter of food presented to you!

And who says airline food is disgusting?  Let’s review breakfast!

This was the 1st breakfast on a Qatar flight on my last trip to Italy…  There’s a decent croissant, omelette, sausage, potatoes, orange juice!  And fruits too!  Looks quite appetising, doesn’t it?

And here’s the second breakfast..  Pretty much similar offerings, but this time, with porcini mushrooms!  Oh, and some cream cheese too, to go with the crackers!

Now, this is not exactly breakfast..  More of a late late supper / breakfast.  Baked fish with thyme and roasted potatoes.  And it tastes good too!

So..  I beg to differ, to those of you who say that airline food looks and tastes disgusting! 

沙鍋粥…………………………………………………….

食過嗎？暫時，似乎只有係大陸先找到！

基本上，有鍋“粥水”，讓你慢慢打邊爐。。。  差不多食完時。。。

就加菜，加米！一鍋粥，搞定！

好好味，有機會去大陸就試下喇！

係灣仔食飯的可能都會留意到呢間餐廳。佢係電車路，係修頓球場對面，係corner 的一間好靚的西式 bakery-cafe!!!

可能，你經過時會被佢的靚靚糕點吸引著。。  Like this orange-cake.  So nice……….勁香的甜橙味啊！！！

柜裏還有很多很多好漂亮的蛋糕仔噢！

Definitely a place to try!  佢亦有些咸點伽，可以食lunch!

不過都唔平！同我friend Sandra 去，兩個人都整整$120!

不過難得可以寫意食個西式cafe brunch..  多難得呢！

Hello, Italian coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now, this is a Mocha I had at Caffe Vergano in Hong Kong.  Very good coffee, tiny cup, HK$60!

Let’s see if I can get better in Italy next week!?!?!?

西式此終好食D???????????????????????????????

hehe, 唔知點解，如果朋友問到介紹間好食的餐廳的話，我肯定會介紹間食西餐的。Really can’t explain why!  可能比較多款揀？屋企知己煮唔到？More high-class? 

Anyway, 以下這一間就係我“介紹”同事去的喇！係上環新開的”Societi”!

Pumpkin soup 好濃，好creamy!  Good good!

意粉方面，係好cheesy, 好thick 的 mushroom chicken cabonara!  Very good!!! 

加埋都係 ~$70….  Recommend you all to try! 

“Peace Square” for a perfect omelette!

Peace Square is a nice little cafe in Tai Hang!  And while you would expect good coffee there, it’s surprisingly good for 3 other things as well!

1.  “Peace”:  The name says it all!  It’s such a serene oasis, and the staff are very friendly too!  Just don’t fall asleep in the arm-chairs!

2.  “Books and magazines”:  There are SO many!  “U Magazine”, “New Monday”, “Lonely Planets”..  There are so many titles you can easily spend many hours there!  The cafe owner don’t know what she’s thinking!

3.  “Omelette”:  As the photo shows…  The omelette is the best in HK!  Enough said!
