Short review of Classified here….
Why are the Eggs Benedict “almost but not yet”? Let’s “check”!
Poached Egg = Yes
Hollandaise sauce = Yes, perfect taste!
Salmon = Yup
Muffin = Uhhh.. Nope. Strange bread they’re using
Presentation = Served on a white plate only, as in picture. Is this good enough?So…. “Almost but not quite there” yet!
