靚靚西餐……………………………………….
此終,每逢特別日子,情人節,聖誕大餐,等等,食“西餐”的感覺都比較豪華,開心!我想大概關個氣氛事吧!白白的碟加埋埔得靚靚的食物,都備食客一種心跳的感覺!
hehe, 以下落來好讓我介紹下係紐西蘭的”Dunedin” 食過的靚靚西餐吧!A photo paints a thousand words, 所以我都唔多寫啦!
頭盤: Pork belly with tempura-fried scallops!
主餐 1: Lamb cutlet with kumara base and kumara mash.
主餐 2: Slow-cooked eye fillet with bok choy (即係”白菜“)!
主餐 3: Fresh Hoki fillet (即石班)+ blue cheese tartare sauce!
甜品:心太軟 with vanilla bean ice-cream.
最後原來先發覺,原來係Dunedin 的這閒 “Pier 24″ 好厲害啊!睇下佢贏的金碟就知!
